PATH TRACKING WIELDING BOT

ABOUT:-

Learn uneven and zig-zag path of the wielding surface and guide the wielding machine to track the.

SOLUTION:

  • Movable Video cameras were used to get recorded view of the path.
  • Deep learning was used to train the path tracking bot.
  • The path tracking bot would learn the length of the path and areas of wielding.
  • Based on these learning it generates a path diagram on the screen this has to approved or corrected of necessary.
  • Then using the final approved path the bot wield the object.

  • This was a product development and has given customers product a unique selling point over their competitors.
